    Goals:

    Create a long-standing peace.

    Establish safeguards against future warfare.

Limit the political power of monarchs.

Establish strong democracies gradually in the Axis.

    Reasons:

To prevent millions of soldiers dying in a potential future war.

To further prevent warfare by handing power over to the people.

My treaty would be very different from the Treaty of Versailles. It would focus on ending the Great War and preventing a future quagmire of the same scale, however, it would take into account that monarchs; they power they wield, are mostly responsible for the Great War, along with other factors. It would target the actual problems in European society.
