Tamil people are an ethnic group who speak Tamil, one of the oldest languages. You can find Tamil speaking people all over Tamil Nadu, a state in India, and in some places in Sri Lanka. Sometimes, they also come from Palakkad, which is a district on the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
