Russia and USA today worsened in last two years, since 2009 Obama administration decided that after crisis after the war in Georgia the policy of relexation and reset between USA-Russia should be introtuced, m the complete failm of this policy became clear after conflict in Ukraine and invasion of Crimea, afterwards Germany, France and Poland among EU countries intortuced hard stance in relations with Russia and it was accepted as oficial policy of all EU countries, and USA definetly finished the relaxation policy some geopolitics experts refer to this as 'small cold war' or 'little cold war
