How did industrialization effect industrialized and non-industrialized countries?

It affected the non industrialized beacause they will have a weaker militaristic force and they have a higher chance of invasion the industrialized people got affected by black smog ex england the factorys were messy and a lot of poulltion in there cities but now have a higher militaristic strength
