Germany lost for the same reason Germany started the war, because Hitler was in charge. he wanted to kill off all the jews.

I think it was because of Hitler's death. After a while, he poisoned his dogs to death, then he and his wife committed suicide. I think this was when Nazi lost its power. Correct me if I'm wrong.
