When anglo americans can use credit cards without suspicion and browse through stores without being shadowed by security guards, they are enjoying?

Generally speaking these seem like qualities of freedom, but freedom is a pretty relative term. In this guess I think that whether or not anglos or any classification of humans have access to credit cards and whether they will be judged by others simply depends on where you are.
