The Georgia Supreme Court A) allows all citizens to bring cases before it. B) can take as much time as it needs to reach a decision. C) does not try cases that could result in the death penalty. D) only hears a case after it has been heard by a lower court.

    D because its the highest court and it wont let just a regular case be held it hast to be seen by a lower court that couldnt reach a desision and they do hold cases that could end in death
