Who was Martin Luther King?

Martin Luther King was a black man who fought for racial equality. He also wrote and prsented the famous "I Have a Dream" speech at the White House. He and thousands of other black individuals fought for there rights. He believed violence was not the answer, so he protested in speech instead.
