    Here is an idea. You may want to ellaborate on it.

    We the People of the United States, in order to cement a perfect union, establish a solid true equality for all our citizens beyond color, sex, race or religion. To provide for the common Welfare of every single inhabitant in our territory whether native, legal or illegal inmigrant. Secure the unalienable rights of freedom of speech and religion to ourselves and our posterity. To defend democracy, with all our hearts, as fairest system of government. To truly and wholy protect all inhabitants of the USA without distinction of origin. To welcome any people of good will into our country by bringing down walls with the world We do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
