    Black code was a law that was started after the Civil War. According to the law the blacks were allowed to rent lands within cities as well as preventing them from earning money.

    Explanation:

    The black code that was implemented by southern legislatures were the laws that was created to start slavery again. The Military Reconstruction Act that was started in Southern states to remove the fourteenth amendment and the people should be allowed to vote freely.

    The Redeemers were referred to as the the southern democrats. Their aim was to gain back the political power as well as enforce white supremacy. Many educated black people and mixed people of European, African as well as Native American origin came to south so that they can work and take part in reconstruction.
