    The source of the law is a regulation because it is a set of rules and it is the official provision that elucidates the enforcement of a law.

    It is to know this because regulations are normative acts of the Executive Power, endowed with abstraction, generality, impersonality, imperativeness and innovation, whose purpose is to deploy or detail a higher normative act, which is a law.
