The founders of Mexico found that the state was not federal and the state was a brutal one and this was also envisioned by them.

    Explanation:

Mexico consisted of Meso-American civilizations with European culture. The place consisted of indigenous civilizations that were then being conquered by the Spaniards. Mexico got its independence from Spain after the destructive and brutal Mexican war. A new Mexican constitution was adopted making the country a federal republic that followed the Constitution of America with 19 states and 4 territories. After Texas got its independence from Mexico it requested the constitution for it to be a separate state but the federal government did not grant permission for Texas. Mexican Texas is known as the ancient Mexico that was found in the northern part of America.
