What was an important concern for the founding fathers when drafting the articles of confederation

    I believe a major concern would have been to much governmental control. Since the article of confederation was the first U. S constitution the main purpose was giving some control to the people. Though in making this article of confederation they felt the government was to weak so they re-wrote it, which established the United States Constitution.
