How have the actions of the Soviet Union and the United States impacted the Genocide Convention and International Criminal Court?

    The failure of the United States and the Soviet Union to accept jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court is considered a double standard and thus weakens the ability of the court to carry out its mandate. This also makes other nations to be skeptical of the ICC
