    The rules and regulations written in the constitution (the supreme authority) are required for smooth running of the country. Article I, section 2 of the U. S constitution sets the prerequisites of the representative of the house. The three prerequisite to serve in the house of representative (lower house) are as follows;

    1. The age of the person should be 25 years old.

    2. The person should be a citizen of United States at least for seven years.

    3. The person should be live in the state he/she represent.
