What fueled the consumerism of the 1920s?

During the 1920's they had more products to sell. They had mass productions to sell. Americans looking at advertisements and hearing the radio looked forward on buying more stuff then usual. The luxurious clothes, new furniture, and etc. Large department stores became more popular and stores and catalogs were something a person would read.
