Unruly Behavior

Child refuses to go to school

Child constantly disobeys parents or caregivers

Child runs away from home

Child breaks curfew between midnight and 5 A. M.

Child goes to a bar without parents

Why wouldn't these behaviors be considered "Delinquent Behaviors" in a court of law?

    Answer: Unruly Behavior" describes actions only juveniles can be charged with.

    it's not measured the same way when a teen might just be rebellious.
