Great Britain is a monarchy with a constitution (TRUE) Great Britain is a republic (FALSE)

GB is a constitutional monarchy, where the king/queen is the Chief State, and holds representative powers. In a republic, that title/position would be in the hands of a democratically elected President of the Republic.

Some nations have both a president and a prime minister. (TRUE) The people get to elect both. (TRUE)

This is the case in republics. The Chief State is the President of the Republic while the Prime Minister is the head of the Goverment (executive power). Both are democratically elected.

Elites are people with wealth and social power. (TRUE) In an oligarchy, regular citizens often answer to elites. (TRUE)

Such elites might not have the explicit right to exercise political power over other citizens but, sometimes they do have implied powers or exercise other types of dominance: social, economic or cultural, for example.

Vatican City is a theocracy run by the head of the Catholic Church. (TRUE) Such rulers are never elected by anyone. (FALSE)

Vatican City is the reign of the Pope, the head of the Catholic Church. It is located within the city of Rome. There is a very strict hierarchy that organizes the power positions in the church. The congregations does not get the chance to elect any of them, but clergy members who are in a certain power level can participate in some elections. For example, the Pope is elected by the cardinals
