    In the early 1800s, mass production was made possible by a series of inventions which made possible to use a few amount of energy to produce an unprecedent amount of products. The most important, by any means, was the steam machine, as it converted carbon into a lot of energy, giving the substance and power for the industrial revolution to rise.
