We can start by accepting the past

    Explanation:

People tend to censor and try to forget about the past. The thing is ignoring the past is like saying it never happened, we need to look at the past and learn from it. We can start by normalizing that these things that really did happen and not shun anyone for talking about it. We need to accept the mistakes made in the past and look to the future and not ignoring it.
