Explanation: The poor settlers of Virginia felt oppressed and frustrated by the leaders of the colonies because on many occasions they were subjected to long hours of work without compensation, so it was evident that they could not change their living conditions and being fully available to their masters, who were mostly leaders of the colonies and who repeatedly attacked them both physically and morally.

The poor settlers felt oppressed because they were being unfairly taxed and they were not happy that the government won't kick the natives off the land. As a result of these frustrations, they engaged in a rebellion referred to as Bacon's Rebellion.
