    Answer with Explanation:

The modern world of today has been accompanied by "globalization." In order to sustain such development, the teacher has to consider changing his role. Such role allows him not only to teach but to facilitate the class. He doesn't only follow his lesson plans but goes beyond it. He doesn't only serve as the student's teacher but rather, as a second parent as well.

In order to support such changing role, the teacher needs to have a more advanced setup which will allow him to deliver his tasks to his full potential. For example, by giving him more technologically-advanced tools for teaching, he'd be able to impart his knowledge to his students according to their global needs. As models of students, it is just fair to give teachers the proper support they need in order to lead students well and to assist them in any way possible.
