Distinguish between different kinds of cardiorespiratory fitness assessments and explain why different tests provide different information about fitness levels.

    Cardiorespiratory fitness assessments include the treadmill stress test which determines your oxygen intake all throughout the test. Spirometry is a test which checks one's lung capacity and how quickness of an individual's exhalation. In exercise tests, a doctor for example might ask an individual to walk in a certain distance and determine how far he reaches in the time given. Lung diffusion tests measures how well is the transfer of oxygen in the lungs and all throughout the body.
