    1 - to form a more perfect union.

    2 - establish justice: by fair and reasonable laws and punishments

    3 - insure domestic tranquility: this means protecting Americans from other Americans

    4 - provide a common defense: to protect Americans from any outside forces

    5 - promote a general welfare for the benefit of citizens

    6 - secure the blessing of the liberty: this means that citizens have the legal right to life, liberty and pursuing happiness.
