Hi! I'm not sure if there should be choices in your item but assuming there's none, here's my answer. Ralph Waldo Emerson's transcendentalist philosophy states the following:

    1) a close relationship with man and the nature.

    2) man's holiness.

    3) self-reliance and independent of spirit

    4) a commitment to American idealism and nationalism

He does not have a believe the rejection of the existence of God.
