    It was an 1890 law banning any trust that restrained interstate trade or commerce.

    Explanation:

    it failed to prevent "price discrimination". It wasn't until 1914 that the Clayton Antitrust Act was passed that provided for this section which was unintentionally overlooked within the Sherman Act.
