Separation of powers is a division of governmental powers among various branches of the government (answer B). This model makes the branches independent from each other (they have no common respoinsibility areas).

The answer should be C, division of political power among branches of government.

The reason being is because separation and branches define the same subjective, and because the branches of government we have are politicly separated aswell.
