Catal Huyuk is an archaeological site in what is now south-central Turkey (Anatolia) and it is known for the first signs of town planning. It is the best example of an early neolithic town in the period from 6500 to 5700 BC.

The population lived in 1000 houses with furniture and its own oven for the baking of bread.

Catal Huyuk shows us how the society have been developed.
