Why did the Anti federalists oppose the new constitution?

They believed it favored the more populous states.

They believed it would create an autocratic federal government.

    "They believed it would create an autocratic federal government" is the best option, since the Anti-Federalists thought the Constitution would give the federal government far too much power over the states.
