What kind of voting system normally is most likely to lead to a two-party political system?

    The kind of voting system that normally lead to a two-party political system would be proportional representation system. With this system, several members of parliament are to be elected per constituency. Parties are assigned parliamentary seats proportionally to the number of votes they get.
