    (c) generally identify with the Democratic Party except Cubans.

    Explanation:

Hispanics are the largest ethnic minority of the United States which a population of 17 percent. The majority of Hispanic voters support the Democratic party because the party's stand for the civil rights for them. Democratic has attracted the Hispanic voters by the less restrictive policies of immigration and by policies of support programs for the less economically developed Hispanic families. However, unlike Hispanic voters, Cubans split their vote between the two parties based on the party's stand on the Cuban - American relationship which would ensure them better economic conditions.
