Why do you think the Triangle Shirtwaist fire happened? What were some of the results of this tragedy?

    I think the main factor was the lack of safety workers had during the Industrial Revolution, especially women, children, and minorities. Some of the results were an increased concern and awareness of factory conditions, labor reforms, and a larger role for the government to monitor companies' treatment of workers.
