    The Hundred Day Congress refers to the time after Franklin D. Roosevelt's election in which the president and congress passed numerous new legislature in order to combat the Great Depression.

    As far as the Napoleonic Wars are concerned the "Hundred Days" refers to the time when Napoleon escaped from Elba on 1 March to 18 June 1815 when he lost the Battle of Waterloo.
