What countries were allies during the Seven Years' War?

The two main sides were Britain and France.

On the British side: Prussia, Britain, Portugal, smaller German states.

On the French side: Spain, Austria, Sweden, Saxony.

The Russian Empire began on the French Side, but eventually switched to the British.
