    The article was The Color of Violence: Violence Against Women of Color on research gate, written by Andrea Smith.

    She explained that there were civil organizations that tried to break the silence among women who are victims of violence. They tried to address these problems. The women on her article face two problems; their color (racial discrimination) and state violence. She explained that the justice system does not favor their problems.

    She called to address women's violence in all forms, which encompasses immigration, militarism, reproductive rights. The state plays a role in providing a framework that would consist necessary strategies and implementation to resolve these conflicts which were analyzed as economically based. As explained through data gathered on one conference on this event; the Native American Women who experienced struggle and violence were related to land base problems. It means that the government framework should target land base as a root cause problem to meet resolve this case.
