Which is NOT a restriction in the Death with Dignity Act?

In Oregon you can get lethal medication from a physician and use them and it is not against the law nor would it be considered suicide. To do this though you have to be terminally ill so it's not like anyone can do this. You must be terminally ill and want to end your life. No one else can make the decision for you.
