Which athenian dramatist satirized the sophists for making "the weaker argument the stronger"?

It was Socrates who satirized the sophists for making the weaker argument stronger and called it a "really good bullsh*t." Sophist also known to developed a reputation of immorality because of it and charged with fees. The Sophistic teachings are now useful in democratic Athens.
