    If Jonathan Winthrop of Massachusetts Bay has been present at the start of the Pennsylvania colony, what would likely happen is that Winthrop would likely praise the idea in regards of religion in which could serve as a model for the colony. Jonathan Winthrop was considered to be a dominant figure in the early years of the colony in Massachusetts Bay because of the ideas and the actions that he served and deliver to the puritan colony.
