The correct option is B.

If the portrait is nearly identical to other statues which had been confirmed to be that of Hammurabi, then, the statue is probably authentic. All the statues of Hammurabi may not look exactly the same due to various factors and one of these factors is the level of expertise of the craftsmen who made the statues.
