What will continue to limit changes in the North Korean economy is communism.

    Explanation:

North Korea has a highly centralized and government-driven economy and focuses on self-sufficiency and a minimum of foreign trade, based in part on the Juche ideology developed by Kim Il-sung, which assumes, among other things, that every country can and must save himself. However, North Korea is de facto a capitalist country, where black markets play a very important role. On the black markets it is possible to buy food, foreign DVDs and music, DVD players and more. The government and the elite are mainly concerned with international trade and attracting foreign investments.
