The riot broke out more than one hundred cities across the United States by the supporters of Martin Luther. The people involved in the riot were mostly African Americans and they were deeply hurt by the death of Martin Luther King.

    Nothing like this riot was experience after the civil war. Washington DC, Baltimore, Kansas and Chicago was the most violated cities. The business of white Americans was more vulnerable for attack but the church and schools of white Americans were largely spared.
