Where do we see amendment 4 today?

Well amendment 4 is rights to searches and seizures and when people come to search your house, they would need a search warrant stating exactly what they are searching for. Otherwise they cannot legally search your house, and with that they cannot look for anything other then what is stated in the warrant.

Unless, as in Texas, they are a game warden. (Fun fact)
