    A - serve a maximum of two terms in office

    Article II, Section 2 says the president is the commander-in-chief of the army, giving them the power to declare war without approval.

    Article I, Section 7 gives the president veto power.

    The 27th Amendment prevents Congress from giving themselves immediate pay raises.
