What was a Hooverville?

A) Towns in the rural south where the effects of the Great Depression were not felt

B) An area of federal relief where the government would provide housing for those impacted by the Great Depression

C) A discount vacuum sales center

D) Homeless community with shelters built out of cardboard during the Great Depression

I'm thinking the answer is D but I could be wrong.
