Why did georgia come to exist in 1732

It was a buffer state between Spanish controlled Florida and the English controlled Carolinas.

Because people came to colonize Georgia. It was a fresh start to have an opportunity to get more land. It had great soil and the natives were much more peaceful than where they came from before and were willing to negotiate. It just made their life way easier.
