The Plan of San Diego (Spanish: Plan de San Diego) was drafted in the Texas town of San Diego in 1915 by a group of unknown Mexican rebels, hoping to create social unrest and obtain political and economic gains. Raids resulting from attempts to implement the plan led to the Bandit War with the United States.

The plan of San Diego was drafted by the Mexican Rebels as they wanted to use social unrest or obtaining political and economic gains. Some theories speculate that they wanted to force United States to support the Mexican revolution. They called for killing all white men in the southwestern states. The plan was unsuccessful as the US army and Texas rangers began raids in Texas. The raid killed at least 21 Americans. Historians believe that Mexican leaders sponsored the San Diego plan.
