Apollo 11 touched down on the site known as The Sea of Tranquility. The exact location of landing can also be defined in respect to latitude and longitude as well. The spot where Apollo 11 landed was Lat 0.6875 deg North and Longitude 23.4333 deg East. This was not the spot initially decided for landing, but as the initial landing spot was a crater so they had to change the spot.
