    The Hittites and Aryans

    Explanation:

The Hittites and Aryans were primitive peoples who migrated to modern-day Turkey and Iran from southern Russia and later formed empires.

The Hittite Empire was created in Asia Minor, a large peninsula in the far northwest of the Near East, bordered by the eastern Mediterranean and the Black Sea. It presents a rugged relief, dividing it into several isolated compartments, valleys and basins. To the west and north, the coastal regions are fertile and have river reserves and a good flow of rainwater. Its interior is composed of mountain ranges, with a desert and a salty lake in the center. Fertility conditions vary greatly from one part of the peninsula to the other.

Already the Aryan empire refers to the sub-group of the Indo-Europeans, that settled in the Iranian plateau since the end of the third millennium before the common era. By extension, the designation "Aryans" came to refer to various peoples originating in the Central Asian steppes - the Indo-Europeans - who spread throughout Europe and the abovementioned regions from the end of the Neolithic.
