    A, back then everyone that could read the newspaper for information allowing them to stir ideas about the constitution everywhere. plus look at D social media didn't exist. D US didn't mass sensor press till the sedition acts in WW1 for a short time. B federalists didn't control all newspapers back then, that would be like say fox was controlled by the liberals.
