How did the political culture of the united states in the early decades of the 1800s differ from the political culture of the late 1700s?

    The political culture of the late 1700's involved the recent changes post Colonial times, the colonial times with the british society had class divisions very deep rooted

    On the other hand the early 1800's with President Jefferson elected whose principal speech was equality and individual freedoms, eventhough voting rights for women, african americans and slaves remain almost the same, the way of viewing society was starting to change.
